0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PERSONAL SERVICES AND EMPLOYEE

0012|     BENEFITS AT THE STATE TREASURER'S OFFICE; DECLARING AN

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
    |
0018|     treasurer for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for personal
    |
0019|     services and employee benefits.  Any unexpended or
    |
0020|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0021|     shall revert to the general fund.
    |
0022|          Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0023|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect
    |
0024|     immediately.
