0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FULL-TIME HONOR GUARD AND BUGLER

0012|     AT THE SANTA FE AND FORT BAYARD NATIONAL CEMETERIES.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
    |
0017|     Mexico veterans' service commission for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0018|     year 1999 for the purpose of providing a full-time honor guard
    |

0019|     and bugler at the Santa Fe and the Fort Bayard national
    |
0020|     cemeteries.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0021|     at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general
    |
0022|     fund.
