                     HOUSE BILL 15, as amended
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, line 17, strike "AND ENACTING SECTIONS" and
  insert in lieu thereof "A SECTION".
  
      2.  On page 5, line 3, strike the word "<u>may</u>" and insert the
  word "<u>shall</u>".
