VINCENT'S | 0004| HOSPITAL WARD NO. 4 SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO", prepared | 0005| from a survey completed in the field on October 12, | 0006| 1973 by George Rivera, Registered Professional Land | 0007| Surveyor No. 3149; | 0008| TOGETHER WITH all buildings, improvements and fixtures | 0009| located thereon or appurtenant thereto; | 0010| WITH WARRANTY COVENANTS. | 0011| By acceptance of this deed, the grantee | 0012| covenants and agrees that the above-described | 0013| property shall not, at any time prior to October 1, | 0014| 2001, be used for a use which is competitive with | 0015| the grantor's use of the facility known as "St. | 0016| Vincent Hospital" on St. Michaels' Drive in Santa | 0017| Fe, New Mexico, as an acute care hospital.; and | 0018| WHEREAS, the property shall not be sold for less than the | 0019| value of the property established by the taxation and revenue | 0020| department using generally acceptable appraisal techniques for | 0021| this type of property after review by the capitol buildings | 0022| planning commission; | 0023| NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE | 0024| STATE OF NEW MEXICO that the proposed sale be hereby ratified | 0025| and approved pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-6-3 NMSA |
