0011|     PROPOSING TO SELL THE RETIREE HEALTH CARE AUTHORITY PROPERTY

0012|     AT 625 DON GASPAR AVENUE IN SANTA FE, SANTA FE COUNTY.

0014|          WHEREAS, Section 13-6-3 NMSA 1978 requires ratification
    |
0015|     and approval of any sale of real property for a consideration
    |
0016|     of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) or more; and
    |
0017|          WHEREAS, the retiree health care authority is desirous of
    |
0018|     selling real property and improvements, legal description set
    |
0019|     forth below; and
    |
0020|          WHEREAS, the retiree health care authority proposes to
    |
0021|     sell the retiree health care authority property located at 625
    |
0022|     Don Gaspar avenue in Santa Fe county, New Mexico, and more
    |
0023|     particularly described as:
    |
0024|          Lots 21 and 22, Block 2 as shown on amended plat of
    |
0025|          South Capitol Subdivision, City of Santa Fe, County
    |

0001|          of Santa Fe, New Mexico.; and
    |
0002|          WHEREAS, the property shall not be sold for less than the
    |
0003|     value of the property established by the taxation and revenue
    |
0004|     department using generally acceptable appraisal techniques for
    |
0005|     this type of property;
    |
0006|          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE
    |
0007|     STATE OF NEW MEXICO that the proposed sale be hereby ratified
    |
0008|     and approved pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-6-3 NMSA
    |
0009|     1978; and
    |
0010|          BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
    |
0011|     transmitted to the retiree health care authority.
