0011|     CONGRATULATING SENATOR RAYMOND L. KYSAR ON HIS ANNIVERSARY.

0013|          WHEREAS, Raymond L. Kysar was born January 21, 1939 in
    |
0014|     Hayes, Kansas, graduated from New Mexico state university and
    |
0015|     represents senate district 1, including Farmington and parts
    |
0016|     of San Juan county; and
    |
0017|          WHEREAS, he began his legislative service in 1989; and
    |
0018|          WHEREAS, he is an enterprising fellow with interests in
    |
0019|     insurance, real estate, ranching and construction in addition
    |
0020|     to legislating; and
    |
0021|          WHEREAS, he was married to Patsy Sue Kysar in 1958 and
    |
0022|     has three children, Robert, Buddy and Rebecca; and
    |
0023|          WHEREAS, he will be celebrating his fortieth wedding
    |
0024|     anniversary next month, while recuperating from the
    |
0025|     legislative session;
