                      SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 40
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, line 11, after "ENDORSE" insert "AND COORDINATE
  WITH THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS A FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL".
  
      2.  On page 1, line 12, strike the first occurrence of "A".
  
      3.  On page 2, line 9, after "develop" insert "and coordinate
  with the public schools".
  
      4.  On page 2, line 12, before the period insert "and the
  superintendent of public schools".
