       2.  On page 2, line 10, before "secretary" insert "United
  States".
  
       3.  On page 2, line 15, strike "the pueblos of" and insert in
  lieu thereof "pueblos, including", and on line 16, after "Clara"
  insert a comma.
  
       4.  On page 2, line 17, after "and" insert "generally".
  
       5.  On page 2, line 21, before "secretary" insert "United
  States".
  
       6.  On page 2, line 25, after "scenic" insert ", cultural".
  
       7.  On page 3, line 1, strike the second "of" and insert in
  lieu thereof "by Native Americans;".
  
       8.  On page 3, strike line 2 in its entirety.
  
       9.  On page 3, line 18, after "that", insert "the New Mexico

  after "will" and on line 25, strike "allow" and insert in lieu
  thereof "afford".
