       Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                      HOUSE MEMORIAL 18
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.   On page 2, line 5, after "committee" strike "on ways in
  which" and insert in lieu thereof "related to".
  
       2.   On page 2, line 6, after "Act", strike "can be amended
  to address the needs and", and strike all of line 7.
  
       3.   On page 2, on line 8, strike "want to acquire charter
  status".
