FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING IN IYANBITO IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to begin construction of a
          multipurpose building in Iyanbito located in McKinley county.
