FOR THE ROANHORSE CANYON POWERLINE EXTENSION PROJECT IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to acquire rights of way, conduct an
          environmental assessment and obtain archaeological clearance for the extension
          of powerlines to provide electricity for thirty families from one-half mile west of
          N112 to one-half mile east of N112 in Roanhorse located in McKinley county.
