FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CARLSBAD BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB FACILITY IN EDDY
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    one hundred twenty-three thousand six hundred forty-seven dollars ($123,647)
          to renovate, repair and construct improvements to and furnish and equip the
          boys' and girls' club facilities in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
