FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO AGUA FRIA PARK IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for
          improvements to Agua Fria park in Santa Fe in Santa Fe
          county.
