FOR A COMMUNITY WATER PROJECT IN CROWNPOINT IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
                    
                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to
          complete a community water project in Crownpoint in
          McKinley county.
