                           REQUESTED BY
                          LEONARD TSOSIE               





FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PUEBLO OF SANTO DOMINGO IN
SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to complete
          construction, equip and furnish the community social
          services and mental health center at the pueblo of
          Santa Domingo in Sandoval county; and

                                        - 1 -

                    to the office of cultural affairs:

                    eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for improvements to
          the community library in the pueblo of Santo Domingo in
          Sandoval county.
