FOR THE COMPLETION AND EXPANSION OF THE HUERFANO SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER IN
SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state agency on aging:
          
                    one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to complete and expand the
          Huerfano senior citizen center in San Juan county.   This appropriation is
          contingent upon a match from the Navajo nation in an equal or greater amount.
