TO PLAN, DESIGN OR CONSTRUCT AN ARMORY IN TAOS COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state armory board:
          
                    one million one hundred thousand dollars ($1,100,000) to plan, design or
          construct an armory near Taos in Taos county.
