FOR CLEARANCES AND ASSESSMENTS OF ROADS IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for
          archaeological clearance and an environmental
          assessment of Rio Lobo Canyon road to Kerr McGee
          uranium mine road in McKinley county.
