FOR PAYMENT OF DEBTS INCURRED BY THE VILLAGE OF PECOS FOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO HIGHWAY 50 IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    sixty-two thousand dollars ($62,000) for payment of
          debts incurred by the village of Pecos for improvements
          to highway 50 in San Miguel county.
