FOR SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN THE RINCON NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE
VILLAGE OF PECOS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to
          design, construct and inspect sewer system improvements
          in the Rincon neighborhood of the village of Pecos in
          San Miguel county.
