FOR WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN DONA ANA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for
          completing construction of sewer connections to the Dona
          Ana wastewater project or to purchase wastewater treatment
          capacity from the city of Las Cruces wastewater treatment
          plant to treat the wastewater produced by Dona Ana in Dona
          Ana county.
