FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN MAXWELL AND LOGAN IN COLFAX AND QUAY
COUNTIES.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design, construct and
          inspect water system improvements in the village of
          Maxwell in Colfax county;

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
                                        - 1 -

     
                    twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to develop
          infrastructure for gas utility system in the village of
          Maxwell in Colfax county;

                    to state agency on aging:
     
                    three hundred three thousand six hundred dollars
          ($303,600) to design, construct, equip and furnish
          improvements to the Logan senior citizen center in Logan
          in Quay county.
