FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO EL GRITO HEAD START IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for
          improvements to the El Grito head start facility in
          Silver City in Grant county.
