TO PURCHASE AND INSTALL PLASTIC SLEEVES TO COVER THE WOODEN BLEACHER SEATS
IN THE BASKETBALL ARENA, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH CAMPUS, AT THE UNIVERSITY OF
NEW MEXICO IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico:
          
                    eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for the purpose of purchasing and installing
          plastic sleeves to cover the wooden bleacher seats in the basketball arena, located
          on the south campus, at the university of New Mexico in Bernalillo county.
