FOR A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design,
          construct and landscape a new park, plaza and parking
          area in the city of Roswell in Chaves county.
