FOR A HEAD START MULTIPURPOSE COMPLEX IN LEA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design, construct, furnish and equip
          a head start multipurpose complex in Lea county.
