FOR RIGHTS OF WAY IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) for
          rights of way and clearances for Pipeline road in
          McKinley county.
