FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS NEAR TOHATCHI IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    one million one hundred sixty-eight thousand dollars
          ($1,168,000) to plan, design or construct N7113, the Red
          Willow road, near Tohatchi in McKinley county.
