FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS NEAR PINEDALE IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    seven hundred four thousand dollars ($704,000) to plan,
          design or construct the Rainbow trail near Pinedale in
          McKinley county.
