FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:

          A.  one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) for
planning, designing, right-of-way acquisition and construction,
including necessary drainage improvements, of Mae avenue and Five
Points road in the Atrisco and Five Points area of the south valley,
including portions of these thoroughfares both inside and outside the
city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

          B.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for planning,
designing and constructing Hooper road in the Atrisco area of the
south valley in Bernalillo county.
