TO PURCHASE A BACKHOE FOR THE CABRESTO DITCH ASSOCIATION IN THE
VILLAGE OF QUESTA IN TAOS COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase a backhoe
          for the Cabresto ditch association in the village of
          Questa in Taos county.
