FOR ANTHONY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
     
                    three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to construct a lift station, collection
          lines and a pressure sewer main for the Anthony water and sanitation district in
          Dona Ana county; and

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

          A.  three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to construct public service
                                        - 1 -

facilities in Anthony in Dona Ana county; and

          B.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to complete phase two of the
Anthony recreational facilities in Dona Ana county.
