FOR THE PURCHASE OF A COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR THE JACK CANDELARIA COMMUNITY
CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase an educational computer
          system for the Jack Candelaria community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
          county.
