FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS TO ELEPHANT BUTTE LAKE PARK ACCESS ROAD IN SIERRA
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:

                    one million five hundred twelve thousand dollars ($1,512,000) to improve
          Elephant Butte Lake park access road, from exit 89 of interstate 25 to the north
          end of Elephant Butte Lake park complex in Sierra county.
