COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase a back hoe and a dump
          truck for the Nenahnezad chapter in San Juan county.
