FOR A FRONT END LOADER FOR LOVINGTON IN LEA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to purchase a front end
          loader for street repairs for Lovington in Lea county.
