TO REPAIR SHALEM COUNTY TRAIL IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the purpose of repairing six and
          two-tenths miles of C-052 Shalem county trail located between New Mexico
          route 185 and United States highway 70 in Dona Ana county.
