FOR EQUIPMENT FOR MALAGA WATER USERS' COOPERATIVE IN EDDY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the department of environment:

                    three hundred fourteen thousand dollars ($314,000) for installation of two two-
          hundred-fifty-thousand-gallon storage tanks, pipes and fittings, pump house,
          electric service to pump house and pumps and engineering service for the Malaga
          water users' cooperative in Eddy county.
