FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
          A.  two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design, construct and inspect the
Abiquiu mutual domestic water and sewer association's wastewater facility in Rio Arriba county;

          B.  one hundred thousand five hundred dollars ($100,500) to design, construct
and inspect the Canjilon mutual domestic water consumers association's community water
system in Rio Arriba county;

          C.  two hundred four thousand six hundred dollars ($204,600) to expand the
Cebolla mutual domestic water association's water system in Rio Arriba county;

          D.  seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to make improvements to the
domestic water system, including purchase and installation of replacement meters and related
equipment, in Truchas in Rio Arriba county;

          E.  forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to upgrade the Las Tablas community water
association's water system in Rio Arriba county;

          F.  sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to replace existing pipe in the south Ojo
Caliente community water system in Rio Arriba county; and

          G.  sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to install a well, pipe and meters for the
Gallina regional water system in Rio Arriba county.
