FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN DEMING IN LUNA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    seven hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($725,000) to improve and enhance
          the downtown streets, parking and lighting in Deming in Luna county; and

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
     
                    twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to insulate the Mimbres museum buildings in
          Deming in Luna county.
