FOR JICARILLA CAPITAL PROJECTS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
          A.  four hundred two thousand dollars ($402,000) to construct an airport hangar
in Dulce in Rio Arriba county; and

          B.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to develop the Chinatown park in Dulce in
Rio Arriba county.
