FOR A HEAD START FACILITY AT SAN JUAN CHAPTER IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    seven hundred sixty thousand dollars ($760,000) to plan, design or construct a
          head start facility in the San Juan chapter in San Juan county.
