FOR A CENTRALIZED WASTEWATER FACILITY IN PLACITAS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the department of environment:

                    five hundred ten thousand dollars ($510,000) to plan, design and construct the
          Placitas mutual domestic water and sewer association's centralized wastewater
          collection and treatment facility in Placitas in Rio Arriba county.
