FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD IN EDDY
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    one hundred thirteen thousand six hundred forty-seven dollars ($113,647) to
          make improvements to the boys' and girls' club building and parking lot in the
          city of Carlsbad in Eddy county.
