FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT THE HEAD START FACILITIES IN SHIPROCK IN SAN JUAN
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

          A.  seventy-seven thousand dollars ($77,000) for phase one planning, site
development or design for the Shiprock head start facility in San Juan county;

          B.  two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to purchase and install a
modular building for head start programs in Shiprock in San Juan county;

          C.  eighty-four thousand dollars ($84,000) to purchase buses with
communications equipment for Shiprock head start facilities I and II in San Juan county; and

          D.  eight thousand dollars ($8,000) to purchase and install fencing for Shiprock
head start facilities I and II in San Juan county.
