FOR THE MULTIPURPOSE COMMUNITY CENTER IN THE TOWN OF BERNALILLO IN
SANDOVAL COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
                                                  
                    seven hundred forty-two thousand dollars ($742,000) for design, site preparation
          and construction of phase two of the multipurpose community center in the town
          of Bernalillo in Sandoval county.
