FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT SAN JUAN PUEBLO IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

          A.  one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for planning and designing the
heritage center at San Juan pueblo in Rio Arriba county; and

          B.  seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to complete renovation of the New
Moon lodge, an adult substance abuse residential treatment center at San Juan pueblo in Rio
Arriba county.
