FOR TELEVISION EQUIPMENT AND TRANSLATORS AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN
DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the board of regents of New Mexico state university:
          
                    three hundred forty thousand five hundred dollars ($340,500) for television
          studio equipment and translators for KRWG at New Mexico state university in Las
          Cruces, Lordsburg, Cliff/Gila, Hillsboro, Hatch and Truth or Consequences.
