TO BUILD PERMANENT EXHIBITIONS AT THE NEW MEXICO FARM AND RANCH HERITAGE
MUSEUM IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the office of cultural affairs:
     
                    one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to build permanent
          exhibitions at the New Mexico farm and ranch heritage museum in Las Cruces in
          Dona Ana county.
