FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
          A.  eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to purchase sheriffs' vehicles in Torrance
county;

          B.  one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to renovate a county
building and judicial complex in Torrance county; and

          C.  seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to renovate, equip and furnish

the Torrance county jail in Torrance county.
